LMB / RMB or Q / E fire left / right hook (hold to stay on; both: zip to the middle; a hook in a titan's upper back curves your reel in over its nape; aimed near a diamond on a titan's nape, shoulders or heels it bites there) · both hooks in a titan's upper back, slow, near its nape, or one hook in it with SWING past the mark, flying at the nape from just behind: you latch on (F cuts the nape; a hook or Space lets go) · hold F: blades out, they cut what you fly through (deep at speed) · let go of F: swing (charged if you held it slow: POWER) · F on STRIKE commits · lunge from behind and above a nape · spin at speed · mash F / Space to cut free while the titan holding you is staggered · blades swap themselves when broken or blunt
hold C: the wheel (time slows; point at a slice, let go to use it): squad orders, gadgets (thunder spears, smoke, wire trap, gambit, the flare gun: red titan · black abnormal · green course / all clear · yellow resupply · purple emergency), torch out / light torch, drop pack · G fire the gadget picked on the wheel (flares: 6 a mission, refilled at supplies)
H horse: whistle it over / mount by it / get down (horse dead: ride double behind a mounted squadmate) · riding: W / S gait up / down · hold Shift gallop · mouse or A / D steer · Space jump · a hook launches you off the saddle; land on your horse to remount · stand by it to refill from the saddlebags · the saddle torch lights itself at night (you see, titans see you)
K / middle mouse: call out the part under the crosshair (arm, leg, eyes, nape) — up to 3 soldiers go for it; on the nape a squadmate draws its gaze (decoy)
B build mode (LMB mine · RMB place · 1–8 block) · V first / third person · Tab (hold) focus the camera on the titan nearest the crosshair · M map · N mute · click to capture mouse · F1 hides these keys
